Donald established Barclay Gilmour Partners in 2013 to give the Scottish market a different style of corporate advisory service.
The plan was as follows :
- Provide corporate support based on real life experience, long term connections and a range of varying industry knowledge.
- Deliver Solutions at a reasonable and affordable cost compared to competitors with higher cost recovery requirements.
- Provide fee flexibility through equities swap.
- Establish long term relationships through private investment

Since inception, the Team has been further enhanced by the introduction of:
